Software Developers
18+ Required
Experience with one or more of:
  • Web technologies (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node).
  • Game or interactive platforms (e.g., Roblox, Unity, or similar).

Ability to implement features from specifications and collaborate via reviews and feedback.

Design & UX

Interest in product and interface design.

Ability to create clean layouts and flows that match a modern SaaS aesthetic.

Familiarity with tools like Figma is a plus.

Junior Discord Moderators
Help maintain a positive community environment. This is a volunteer position.
  • Monitor discussions and enforce community guidelines.
  • Assist members with questions and onboarding.
  • Experience with Discord moderation tools preferred.

Marketing & Community Growth

Help grow LeapVerse reach and community.
  • Create content for social media and community channels.
  • Engage with the Roblox developer community.
  • Track growth metrics and community feedback.

Content Creators

Create educational content for Roblox development. This is a freelance-style role with potential for compensation.
  • Write tutorials, guides, and documentation.
  • Create video content for learning resources.
  • Experience with Roblox development strongly preferred.

Operations & Support
Support day-to-day operations and user success. This is a volunteer position.
  • Assist with user onboarding and technical support.
  • Manage documentation and knowledge base.

Compensation & Structure

LeapVerse is building toward long-term growth.

At this stage, most opportunities are part-time and project-based, not traditional full-time salaried roles.

Compensation may include:

  • Fixed payments for specific project work where applicable.
  • Capped revenue sharing on specific projects when they begin generating revenue, with terms defined in writing for each engagement.
  • Volunteer positions for community and support roles, with opportunities to grow into paid roles.

All agreements are transparent and documented before work begins.
